Entries close at 4pm 18th October 2025. Draw will take place live at Nottingham Coffee Festival 2025 at 4.30pm. If you win and are not present during the draw we will contact you to arrange prize delivery. Each entrant will be allocated a random ticket number once entries close. A random number generator or random winner picking software will be used to select the winner. Winner’s full name will be announced when winners are drawn and entrants’ first initial and last name will be published. We will verify winner contact details privately to ensure prizes are given to the correct entrants. One winner will be drawn. The prize bundle is on display at the merchandise stand.
