What is Website/Store Credit?
These are credits added to your account that can be used to pay for entries on the website. This removes the need for us to issue voucher codes for most types of credit.
How do I Check my Website/Store Credit Balance?
In your Account page on the website there is a section called Store Credit.
How do I Use my Website/Store Credit Balance?
If Your Website/Store Credit Balance is More than or Equal to your Purchase
On the Checkout page you can select the option to pay using Store Credit. You will still need to accept the T&Cs and complete the checkout process. Your remaining credit balance will automatically be updated.
If Your Website/Store Credit Balance is Less than your Purchase
On the Basket or Checkout page you can select the option to partially pay using Store Credit. You will need to pay the remaining amount using car payment to complete the checkout process.
